County Friends of the Library

County Public Library have sponsored a broad range of programs
since 1986. Upcoming events are advertised well in advance in the
Libraries, and by the local media. The Montgomery County Friends of the Library was formed on March 10, 1986.
Local, state, and nationally-known
authors, Summer Writing Camps, and Halloween face painting, are

renovations at Mount Gilead and Star libraries, the garden project
at Troy, and grand opening materials at Allen Library in Biscoe.
