Web On Wheels (MeWOW) Van The Sandhill Regional Library System's MeWOW (Web on Wheels) mobile computer lab was funded through a grant from LSTA (The Library Services and Technology Act). SRLS applied to the State Library of North Carolina to receive the grant to purchase our newest addition to the Sandhill Regional Library System. The MeWOW Van is outfitted with a dozen laptops, wireless aircards for each computer, and a wireless printer. Please call the main library in your county to request a workshop.
